Terms of Service

Last updated:

The terms for using CyberRedeem: the Telegram bot and Mini App, the cloud browsers that claim codes in your Shuffle accounts, and the companion script.

The service

CyberRedeem watches the places Shuffle promo codes are posted — Telegram channels, the Shuffle forum and streams — and redeems each code in your Shuffle account on your behalf, from a cloud browser signed in to that account.

You manage it from our Telegram bot and Mini App. The companion is an optional script for desktop browsers, run by Tampermonkey: it adds a board on Shuffle that shows what your cloud browser is doing and lets you change settings. Claiming always happens in the cloud.

CyberRedeem claims promo codes. It never places bets or plays games for you.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use Shuffle where you live. You are responsible for following Shuffle’s own terms of service. We make no warranty that automating code redemption is permitted there.

Your Shuffle accounts

  • You can add up to three Shuffle accounts to one Telegram account. Each gets its own cloud browser and its own plan.
  • Add only Shuffle accounts that are your own.
  • A Shuffle account belongs to the first Telegram account that connects it. Moving it to another Telegram account needs our support.
  • When you connect an account, you let its cloud browser sign in to it and act in it: to claim codes, to read your stats and Shuffle’s public chat for the alerts you picked, and to claim rewards if you switch that on.

Plans and payments

  • Each Shuffle account needs its own plan. Prices are in US dollars and come from our live price list.
  • The second and third accounts on one Telegram are discounted, on renewals too, always off the normal price.
  • You pay in crypto through OxaPay inside the Mini App, or with your referral balance. A plan starts when the payment arrives.
  • There is no free trial.
  • When a plan ends, claiming stops. The cloud browser is kept for an hour so a quick renewal carries on signed in, then it is removed.
  • For a question about a payment or a refund, message our support on Telegram.

Codes and results

Shuffle decides who can claim each code: many need a recent wager amount or a VIP level, and most run out after a set number of claims. What you get depends on the codes that drop and on Shuffle’s rules for each one.

Codes an account doesn’t qualify for may be skipped, and the Claims list shows why. The claim speeds on our website are measured past results, not a promise.

Referral program

  • Share your invite link from the Mini App. Friends who join through it get 10% off their first plan.
  • You earn a share of what your friends pay: 10% to start, up to 15% as more of your friends subscribe. The current rates are shown in the Mini App.
  • Your earnings collect as a US-dollar balance. What you earn becomes available as soon as your friend’s payment is confirmed.
  • Spend your balance on plans, or cash it out in crypto to your own wallet. Small cash-outs go out automatically; larger ones are checked by us first. You can also cash out as a USDC tip straight to your own Shuffle account.
  • You can’t invite yourself, and a friend counts for the first invite link they joined through.
  • If a friend’s payment is refunded, the commission from it is reversed.

Liability

CyberRedeem is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses caused by Shuffle policy changes, account bans, code claim failures or downtime.

Not affiliated with Shuffle

CyberRedeem is an independent service and is not affiliated with Shuffle. Gamble responsibly.
