Who we are
CyberRedeem is an independent service. It runs cloud browsers that claim Shuffle promo codes in our customers’ own Shuffle accounts, with a Telegram bot and Mini App to manage them and an optional companion script for Shuffle. CyberRedeem is not part of Shuffle and is not affiliated with it.
In this policy, “we” means CyberRedeem, and “you” means anyone who uses the service or visits cyberredeem.com (or our older address, ssltls.gg). To reach us, message @CyberRedeem_bot on Telegram.
What we collect
What we hold depends on what you use. Most of it comes from you, or from your own Shuffle account as your cloud browser reads it.
- Your Telegram account
- Your Telegram user ID and username, as Telegram passes them to our bot and Mini App. Your Telegram account is your CyberRedeem account.
- Email sign-in
- If you made an account with an email address on our older website: that email address and a salted hash of your password, never the password itself.
- Your Shuffle accounts
- For each Shuffle account you add (up to three): its Shuffle user ID and username, and which Telegram account it belongs to, with the history of that link.
- Shuffle sign-in
- To sign your cloud browser in, you give it your Shuffle email, password and the code Shuffle sends you, or a session token. The password is used for that sign-in and never kept. The signed-in session is then kept in your cloud browser’s profile on our servers, so it stays signed in.
- Claims
- Every code sent to your account and what happened to it: the code, when it arrived, the coin and value, how long the claim took, and whether it was claimed, skipped or failed, with Shuffle’s reason.
- Shuffle stats
- Your cloud browser reads your bet history and account pages on Shuffle to show your wager (today, the rolling 7 days, 30 days and lifetime), your VIP level and progress, profit and loss by period and your place in the weekly race, and to skip codes an account doesn’t qualify for. We store the figures it works out from them.
- Rewards and tips
- If you switch on automatic reward claims: the rakeback and bonuses claimed for you and their value. For tip alerts: the tips you receive on Shuffle, with the sender’s username, the coin and the amount.
- Chat alerts
- The keywords and players you choose to follow. Your cloud browser watches Shuffle’s public chat for them and sends you the matching messages.
- Settings
- Your choices in the Mini App and the companion, such as the coin to claim in, which alerts you get and which automatic features are on.
- Payments
- Your orders: the plan, the Shuffle account it is for, the price and discounts, the crypto coin, OxaPay’s payment reference and the payment status.
- Referrals
- Your invite code, who joined through it, the commission and balance records, and your cash-outs: the amount and the wallet address and network you give us, or the Shuffle account you pick for a Shuffle tip cash-out.
- Support
- The messages you send our support, and a record of the messages our bot sends you.
- Technical data
- IP addresses and request details in our server logs when you use the website, the Mini App, the companion or our API.
What we don’t collect
- Your Shuffle password. It is used once to sign your cloud browser in and never stored.
- Card or bank details. Plans are paid in crypto only.
- Fingerprints of your devices. We don’t collect a browser fingerprint or device identifiers from your own computer or phone.
How we use it
- To run your cloud browser: sign it in, keep it signed in and claim codes in your account as soon as they drop.
- To skip codes an account doesn’t qualify for, and explain every result in the Mini App and the companion.
- To show your stats and send you the Telegram alerts you picked.
- To claim rewards for you, only if you switch that on.
- To take payments, start and end plans, apply discounts and run the referral program, including checking larger cash-outs by hand.
- To answer support, fix faults, measure claim speed and prevent misuse, such as one Shuffle account being claimed by two Telegram accounts.
- To publish anonymous figures on our website, as described below.
What our website shows
cyberredeem.com shows live figures: how fast codes are claimed, how many codes and claims there were, the total claimed, the latest Shuffle drops and when drops happened over the last 7 days. These are totals across all customers. Codes appear masked, private stream drops never appear, and no customer, Telegram account or Shuffle account is named.
Cookies and storage on your device
- This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It has no analytics, ads or trackers. The time zone in “What did you miss?” is worked out in your browser and not sent to us.
- The Mini App keeps a sign-in token in the storage of Telegram’s in-app browser, so you stay signed in.
- The companion script keeps its sign-in token in your userscript manager, such as Tampermonkey.
- Our older website dashboard sets a sign-in cookie when you sign in there.
Where it’s kept
Your data is kept on our servers. Each customer gets their own cloud server, and every Shuffle account on it runs in its own browser, with its own proxy and its own signed-in profile. Nothing on it is shared with other customers.
How long we keep it
- When a plan ends, claiming stops. Your cloud browser, with the signed-in session in it, is kept for an hour so a quick renewal carries on signed in. Then it is removed.
- Your claim history stays in your account after a plan ends.
- The rest is kept while your account exists, unless you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Switch alerts and automatic features on or off at any time in the Mini App or the companion.
- Message our support on Telegram to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and its data.
Age
CyberRedeem is for adults only. You must be 18 or older, and old enough to use Shuffle where you live.
